These terms are between you and Gamedolf Limited. They cover the Tackle It app and the Tackle It pages on this website.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. They do not replace the terms of the store you download from. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You should use the app only if you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Tackle It is a checklist and to-do tool. It lets you manage tasks across more than one list.

Tackle It holds: List names, tasks, and whether a task is marked done.

The app keeps that material so you can open it again. These terms do not describe a separate public profile, and they do not ask you to post anything.

You keep ownership of what you enter. These terms do not transfer that ownership to Gamedolf Limited.

You give Gamedolf Limited only the permission needed to show your material back to you inside the app. That permission ends when the material is removed, except where a copy is still required for a backup rotation or a legal duty.

Use the app for your own keeping. Do not misuse it, do not try to break or probe it, and do not use it to store or share material you have no right to hold.

Do not use the lists to store information you are not allowed to hold.

Gamedolf Limited gives you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Tackle It. You may not sell, rent, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law does not allow that limit.

The app, its name, and its icon remain the property of Gamedolf Limited or its licensors.

The app is provided as it is available. Features may be added, changed, or removed. An update may be required before the app will open.

Gamedolf Limited may stop offering the app. If that happens, these terms still cover use up to that point.

Tackle It is a personal list. It is not a promise that a task will be completed, and it is not a workplace system of record.

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free keeping of your material.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

To the extent the law allows, Gamedolf Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for material that is lost because a device fails, an update changes the app, or the app is no longer offered.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Gamedolf Limited for the app in the three months before the claim, or nothing if you paid nothing.

Gamedolf Limited may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that date, the new terms apply.

If a change is one the law requires us to bring to you more directly, we will do that as the law requires.

If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
